Kalkaji New Delhi ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER Experience : 3 to 5 yrs Skills Required : Job Summary : Job Description Desired Candidate profile: The candidate should be a self starter, smart, confident and intelligent & should be able to handle the above work independently without supervision. He should be result oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines & pressure. The job profile of the candidate would include 1. Creating brand strategy including but not limited to ATL and BTL Communication Strategies, Brand Promotion strategies, and Brand Positioning Strategies. 2. To implement innovative methodologies to create awareness about the Product range and category that Bonita represents. 3. Creating marketing policies for the brand Bonita for effective brand promotion. 4. Identifying and finalizing of brand partners wrt ATL and BTL communication and managing them to achieve desired objectives. 5. Directing and coordinating with the PR agency to ensure effective PR communication for the Brand and company. 6. To Manage all Marketing activities for the Brand. 7. To develop New and innovative methods to spread Brand recognition. 8. To create and Manage Social media content and Online PR for the Brand and Company. 9. Creating innovative POS materials/displays for the product and brand with end-to-end Responsibility. 10.To Manage all Brand materials viz. Catalogues, Fliers, Promotional material, E-mailers, Database, co-promotions, etc. 11.Ensure proper display of products, branding material and availability of marketing collaterals at dealer Showrooms all over India.
