Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of the integration with various modules.

2. Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at customer place.

3. Plan & conduct training for end-users.

4. Understand the issues faced by end-users on a day to day basis and provide a solution.

5. Proactive & customer-centric approach while handling customer issues.

6. Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by troubleshooting application related issues.

7. Provide a solution to clients for L1 and L2 Support.

8. Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients.
