Salary per annum:

INR. 10 Lakhs - 25 Lakhs (Depending on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- You must be able to bring business from US consulting firms/service companies mainly in IT contract staffing in software development / consulting / and its related services

- Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development / Lead generation

- You must have previous / current - experience as any one of the following role:

* Business Development Manager

* Accounts Manager

* Business Relationship Manager

* Regional Head

* Area manager

* HR Manager

* HR Executive

* Senior HR Manager

* BPO Manager

* Vice President


- Must be able to bring / generate business from US clients for contract / permanent staffing

- Must have good communication with existing US clients' business managers and should be able to bring business

- Business Development & Client Relationship Management with US corporate/MNC companies for both contract & permanent staff

- Responsible for generating client's business opportunities / business growth

- Must be able to market H1/L1/GC candidates

- Must be able to make good sales pitch to US prospective clients

- Must have sound knowledge on H1/L1/GC & contract compliance terms with US clients

- Visiting / cold calling the US clients to establish business relationships, signing business agreements/contracts

- Identify US clients' business needs & business challenges - in advance, forecast requirements, and work on customized requirements and delivering the

Service solutions

- Gathering Market Intelligence: To search on internet and other relevant sources to check latest contract awards and other developments

- Maintaining communications with US client managers and IT contract candidates

- Supervising/Tracking the related billings/invoices/timesheets

- Cold calling and e-mailing done regularly and sales leads are generated

- Coordinate with the management team and ensure required information for the project is sent to the client

- Ensure smooth functioning of business generations and candidates delivery to client(s)

- Monitoring market activities and provide relevant market research reports/business forecast and sales cycle as required

- Willing to take business challenges/targets/Sales targets

- Willing to travel to US clients' locations on needful basis
