PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Support sales and account management teams to sell effectively by providing tools and information. Support sales by developing sales messaging, processes/practices, tools and training. Train and enable the sales team to optimize their skills and tools to better sell. Analyzing CRM data to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and improve efficiencies. Responsible for sales onboarding, sales content and collateral creation Leading and Training Inside sales team on selling skills, sales methodology, and sales process improvement. Facilitating and assisting with sales calls and deals when necessary. Partnering with internal stakeholders to align sales training initiatives to business priorities. Ensuring marketing collateral is up to date for sales enablement purposes. Reviewing sales pipeline and determining performance gaps to accelerate sales cycle. Collaborate with internal depts. to educate sales team and drive strategy and execution of lead generations. Manage/update sales tools and collateral to include marketing communications, case studies, presentations, etc. Responsible for the continuous development and coordination of activities for sales and account management teams Evaluate tools and resources for usage, effectiveness and make changes as needed. Enable sales in preparation for product launches. Coordinate sales enablement activities Coordinate outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and opportunity qualifications. Conduct deep research on target accounts to identify key players and create customized messaging for prospecting purposes. Leverage assets from Marketing and Demand Generation campaigns to educate and nurture prospective customers, thereby creating need in the market. Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and provide feedback to maximize impact. Maintain and update records within the CRM application to reflect relevant research and activities. Utilize all available resources - CRM application, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DefinitiveHealthcare, ZoomInfo, etc. to strategically identify organizations and individuals to contact. Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to hone demand generation skills and objection handling. Learn portfolio of Pycube solutions and articulate the value to personas across a prospect organization.

QUALIFICATIONS Min. 8+ years B2B Sales, Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Management and/or Sales Training experience in healthcare software sales Five (5) years of experience in a Sales Development, Cold-calling, Lead Generation, or Sales is preferred Experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams. Experience developing client-focused messaging, sales/marketing collateral. Knowledge/Understanding of sales methodologies/processes and buyers journey alignment. Knowledge/Understanding of sales management and sales training best practices. High volume cold-calling experience and/or experience calling on any of the following: CXO’s, VPs, and Director’s
Proficiency in CRM applications, cadence tools, LinkedIn, and/or other sales tools
