Description

The person shall be responsible for creating and managing perception and reputation (PR) of Benaka business Consultancy to enhance Benaka's brand , making it more omnipresent , user friendly and responsive to the emerging market needs.
Qualification:
Post Graduation in Mass Communication.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands on PR experience.
Candidate Profile:
. Excellent PR and communication skills.
. Proven track record in formulating and executing PR campaigns / initiatives.
. Experience in working with creative groups including creative brief development , copy , design and creative review.
. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
. Strong competency in MS Office appliacations especially in PowerPoint.
Job Profile:
. Formulate and drive strategic communication strategy to enhance brand awareness and experience through Public Relations , Customer Communications , and Internal Communications.
. Participating Corporate Conferences along with the sales team to enhace revenue.
. Manage internal and external communication through press releases , online PR , success stories , newsletters , articles , speeches , presentations and employee communication.
. Manage the corporate online communication (website , e - mailers , social media , blogs , and customer newsletters).
. Forging relations with key journalists and creating a robust media network nationally and internationally.
. Creating opportunities , projecting positive image of Benaka's and forging alliances with media houses and news portals for corporate information acceptance and distribution.
. Work with cross functional teams to drive marketing communication initiatives.
. Manage , motivate and empower sales team to get desired results and quality.
