Roles and Responsibilities


IT Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research and relay relevant market trends to respective stakeholders
  • Understand ValueLabs market propositions end to end
  • Align organizational propositions as per the zonal strategy
  • Qualify the prospects and create an approach strategy by aligning the right propositions to the identified target group
  • Generate leads via calls, mails & meetings and covert them in to opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Bid management teams for creation of proposals
  • Play an active role in sales enablement through learning and contribution of content

Targets & accountability

  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle
  • Achieve sales and financial targets set for the zone
  • Drive old-new sales
  • Handle account escalations effectively
  • Ensure that all collections are completed as per the timelines defined by Finance
  • Adhere to timelines for all HR related processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Note looking for a Good B School resource with fresher or 1-3 yrs of exp.

Candidate With MBA are preferred
