They aretypically responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and ImplementationManagement. The job is a major point of contact with the business and IT. Business Analyst willwork independently and should have a high level of flexibility to consult with the business atall levels. They will need to have the ability to work closely with and build good relationshipswith all delivery partners and with Global Functions. Business Analyst is expected tosuccessfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, taking a lead analyst role in largerprojects, directing all analyst activity. The Opportunity:Business Analysts work collaboratively withdelivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifyingrequirements and defining design options. In systems related projects and programmes, the roleholder will support Software Delivery and IT Operations with the translation of businessrequirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, oftenrepresenting the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.The Business Analysts Change Managementactivities span from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing anddelivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organization alignment);and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.Business Analysts are also responsible forImplementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of thechange product, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment.Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing theearly stages of implementation (e.g. pilot).In reengineering projects, they work closely withthe Process Consultants in analyzing and re-engineering excellent business processes.Business Analysts will oftenlead design work streams or teams, managing other Global Transformation Analysts, SMEs andresources from our delivery partners.What youll do: The job is a major point of contact with the business and IT.
