We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, and isnt afraid to roll-up his or hers sleeves and get their hands dirty. You are a self-starter, with phenomenal interpersonal skills. You will support our software development teams, drive and track release & automotive safety milestones, handle software postings & communicate the plan across various Business Units.

What you'll be doing:
Drive and track software releases for new hardware and/or new software features.
Implement and maintain software ISO 26262 processes in support of Automotive Safety requirements.
Lead the software release cycle across multiple functional areas including software development, hardware integration, SQA, and product management.
Define releases, drive features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.Develop & contribute to the DRIVEOS PM tooling roadmap and infrastructureImplement, deploy and support different tracking mechanisms for different Automotive SW Development KPIs according to ISO 26262 and ASPICEManage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.Work with stakeholders on software issues including technical feedback from different teams.
Improve and maintain all processes related to building and testing the product.Assist in improving processes and procedures within the team. Help streamline day-to-day operations.
Regularly communicate the program status and key issues to management and across the organization.

What we need to see: 10-15 years of recent Program Management experience driving the planning and execution of automotive software engineering projects. BS/ MS in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with ASPICE as well as safety standards such as ISO 262626. Good understanding of Automotive SW development KPIs. Hands on experience with scripting using python, Google Scripts / Javascript, REST APIs & Google Sheets. Excellent communication and technical presentation skills. Experience leading successful releases with the short release cadence in a dynamic environment.
Detail oriented with an attested ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements
Experience in successfully leading global projects across multiple time zones.
Able to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successfulProven ability to think in an unexpected way to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts. Demonstrated ability to get complex product to customers. Strength working independently and actively with minimal direction.

Ways to stand out from the crowd: Previous ASPICE assessment experience for MAN process areas. Previous ISO 26262 assessment experience. Experience with Google Data Studio and Kibana. Previous experience as an Automotive software developer, having experienced the pressures and challenges, allowing for a more effective guidance of the team in projects as well as process.
Experience with Jira and/or Jama, to the point of being comfortable to instruct an engineering team how to use and execute using these tools. Thorough knowledge of software engineering principles. Knowledge of operating systems, embedded principles and standards. Familiar with AGILE software development processes
